Q: How do I sign up for the service?

Q: Why do I need to provide a service, and billing address?

The reason for the 2 addresses is as follows:

The service address is used so that we can keep 911 informed of your current location and provide them with the correct information.

The billing address is to confirm billing information with your credit card/banking service provider for billing purposes only.

Q: How do I report a service issue to you?

Please contact repair at 608-586-5910. If they are unable to assist you over the phone, they will dispatch the on call technician to correct the problem.

 

Calling Features

What is 3-Way Calling?

With Marquette-Adams 3-Way Calling, you can connect with two other parties at the same time. The three of you can talk at once. Simply dial your first party as you would. Once connected press the flash button on your phone and dial your second party. After the second party is connected press the flash button again and you're all connected. It's as simple as that.

What is Call Forwarding?

Marquette-Adams Call Forwarding is included with every Marquette-Adams calling plan. Now you can send incoming calls to any phone number you choose. Call Forwarding is free with all Marquette-Adams accounts. However, remember that forwarded calls are treated as an outgoing call. Therefore, if you are not enrolled in one of our unlimited plans, overage charges apply to forwarded calls that exceed your calling plan's monthly allotted minutes.

What is Call Waiting?

Marquette-Adams Call Waiting allows you to accept an incoming call while you're already on a phone call. This feature places your first call on hold while you answer the second incoming call.

What is Caller ID?

Marquette-Adams Caller ID allows you to see who is calling you before you pick up your receiver. If you have a Marquette-Adams gateway also hooked up you can view the information on your TV console.

What is Caller ID Blocking?

Prevents your phone number from being displayed to the person receiving your call.

What is Automatic Callback?

Your phone will call back the last number that called you whether you answer it or not.

What is Repeat Dialing?

Keeps redialing busy numbers and tells you when the line is free.

What is 1-Digit Speed Dial?

You can enter up to 8 telephone numbers - local or long distance - into your Speed Calling list.  Then you can reach those people by dialing the location digit and a # sign.

 

 

 

 

 

Billing

Do you take any other method of payment besides a credit card?

We do accept ACH automatic withdrawals. Transactions can be withdrawn from checking account, savings account or credit card on the account.

How do I change my credit card information?

You can change your credit card information on your Marquette-Adams account by contacting one of our friendly customer service representatives.

How do I change my billing address?

You can contact one of our friendly customer service representatives to update any information.

Will I receive a paper bill?

We offer the convenience of online billing. We keep your costs low and functionality high by providing you with online billing. You can always print copies of your bill and keep them for your own records.

What if there is a problem with my credit card?

You will receive a notice regarding the problem. Failure to respond to the notice may result in suspension of the automatic withdraw from your credit card..

What happens when I disconnect my service?

Any equipment leased to the customer from Marquette-Adams will need to be returned upon disconnection. Failure to do so will result in charges billed to the customer. Of course any remaining charges that are left in the account will be billed to you.
