Once you begin to download follow the onscreen prompts. If you have any problems downloading please contact maqs.net technical support at 1-800-497-7887.
Once the program is downloaded and installed to your computer you will see an icon (picture) in your task bar (the bar in the lower right hand corner of your screen next to your clock). The icon will look like this 
. If you get a pop up window that you wish to remove right click on the icon and select add pop up and select the pop up windows title. Once this is done once you will never have that particular pop up window again.
